Based locally in Folsom, Redwood Palms Pictures brings successful film production to Sacramento with a business model based on the development and financing of modestly budgeted film projects, involving proven creative and acting talent. These are often “passion projects” in which known stars work well below their normal fee range in order to support the making of a story they believe in. Additionally, Redwood Palms Pictures distributes completed projects that impress them and that demonstrate similar values of both creativity and profitability. Completed projects include our opening night feature, When a Man Falls in the Forest starring Sharon Stone and Timothy Hutton, Numb starring Matthew Perry, Kevin Pollack and Mary Steenburgen, and Cover starring Lou Gossett Jr. and Vivica Fox. Upcoming productions involve such talent as Kim Basinger, Charlize Theron, Woody Harrelson, Ray Liotta, Denise Richards, and Pamela Anderson.
