Paralyzed was founded by James, Chris, and their original drummer in late 2002. The band name, Paralyzed, comes from a once weak rhythm section that the band had when they played without a bass player. It was only sensible to refer to their music as paralyzed since the rhythm section is the backbone to most music styles. Eventually, the once weak rhythm section formed into a very technical and powerful part of their music. However, the name stuck with people around town through T-Shirts, Stickers, and CDs. It was for this reason that Paralyzed decided to produce their newest release entitled 'Evolved'. This 5-track EP displays the changes that the band has been through in the recent months and also introduces some new music to the existing Paralyzed fans around town. The band has its goals set high for the future, and will settle for nothing less.
