The group offically started in 1999, when their dad decided that he would make a trip to the local music store. He brought home a keyboard, a drumset, and the bass and electric guitars and then let the girls see what they could do. And well they've been doing great since! Both of their parents have backrounds in music, their mother as a concert pianist, and their father, the product of his own rock band early on.

8 Brown Eyes has been featured by the Sacramento Bee, KXTV News 10, and many Sacramento area radio stations. They have also been performing at county fairs, high schools, coffee shops, and special interest events for the past 3 years. The girls are currently working on finishing their CD, and preparing for their upcomming performances! Check it out!!
